Mitra Mohamadzadeh is a professional coach specializing in Human Development and Personal Growth. She trained as a Human Resources specialist and Post Doctor of Business Admin years ago. Still, her current designations include Certified Professional Coaches Federation(CCF),  Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) & TimeLine Therapy™ (TLT) from Billy Kueek International and ALTA Training & Coaching, and Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist.

Unstoppable Mitra is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Human Resources Management (Leadership and Organization Strategy) at Walden University. A good-standing member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP), the Canadian Association of Professionals Speakers (CAPS), and the Human Resources Association of Professionals (HRPA).

In addition, Mitra is the Founder& CEO of the Academy of Change, a home for thought-leaders immigrants who desire to change through coaching in Personal and Professional Development to learn, engage, and feel the pure joy of social life in Canada. 

Mitra also is the Founder of The Growth Centre Employment& Coaching Services Canada Non-governmental organization (NGO). She has brought her 30 years of academic and hands-on experience in different Human Resources roles, Management, and Employee Training to the center as an Employment Counsellor, Educational Program Workforce Newcomers, Life Coaching, and Grief Recovery Awareness for refugees, newcomers, and immigrants.  


Finlay DRUMROLL, last but not least, in 2020, Mitra Established the First International Farsi Greif Coaching Academy in Iran. She offers a Grief Coach Training Program for individuals who want to learn Grief Coaching Skills based on the (GRI) Grief Recovery Institute standards. This program is provided in the Farsi Language for now.

Mitra is a philanthropist who supports and advocates for respecting diversity with equality, equity, dignity, and inclusions. She strongly believes everyone is part of her journey, which is a long strategy of building a relationship based on a set of commitments of trust, honesty in explaining our feelings, awareness of individual differences, and accountability with marginalized individuals and a group of people.
