Grief Recovery-Level1
We Are Evidence-Based
The Grief Recovery Method is an evidence-based program.
The goal of the "Moving Beyond Grief & Suffering" course is to help free you from the pain, isolation, and loneliness that result from deep emotional trauma. Healing and recovery come from small, intentional decisions we make.
When you experience daily suffering from a broken heart, there is one fundamental question you need to ask yourself:
Do I want to carry this pain for the rest of my life?
Many people believe they have no other choice—that they are destined to endure this sorrow forever.
Some get used to spending their days drowning in tears, sighs, and regrets whenever they think of a lost love or relationship.
Others believe that losing joy and security has destroyed them, leaving them feeling permanently bitter and joyless.
But this is not the truth—because you have a choice in how you release the burden of grief.
When our hearts break, people often say, "You just have to accept it and move on with life."
But they never tell you how!
