Back in 2010, during the first retreat in Bali, Mitra realized that she wanted (and needed) the time and space to push a pause in her daily ritual. That is why she started running the Journey of Retreats in 2016, so our community of individual participants can self-reflect and reconnect with themselves in a captivating and peaceful environment. Physical and mental well-being are of utmost importance to healthy living and require practice and dedication. Mitra's Spiritual Retreat provides the setting and guidance you need to rebirth and strengthens your body, mind and soul. The Journey Retreat creates unique and enriching retreat experiences for you to enjoy. Time to start your journey for the weekend workshop to grow into a transformative Spiritual Retreat that has changed your lives. We offer holistic healing retreats to address the journey women, men, and couples need to rejuvenate, heal and refresh. Journey focuses on helping individuals move on from pain and sorrow, release stress and mentally draining behaviours, and help tap back into our spiritual inner being, helping us tune up our senses.
