Day 1: Arrival and Grounding Theme: “Preparing the Heart for Healing”
• 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Arrival and Check-In Settle into your room and enjoy light refreshments as you begin your healing journey.
• 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Welcome Circle Mitra introduces the retreat, shares her personal healing story, and guides participants in setting intentions for the retreat.
• 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Guided Relaxation and Grounding Exercise with Sound Healing Experience a calming sessionusing sound therapy to create emotional readiness for healing.
• 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM: Mindful Dinner & Connection Enjoy a nourishing meal together, focusing on presence and gratitude as you connect with fellow participants.
• 8:30 PM – 9:00 PM: Reflection Activity: “Acknowledging Losses” Begin the process of journaling about significant losses in your life, setting the stage for emotional healing.
Day 2: Releasing Emotional Pain Theme: “Taking the Steps to Heal”
• 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM: Morning Movement, Meditation, & Sound Healing Gentle yoga and mindfulness practices combined with sound healing to center the body and mind.

• 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM: Workshop: Communicating Unspoken Emotions Learn to complete “emotional truth statements” to express unresolved feelings and release emotional burdens.
• 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM: Solo Reflection Time Time for journaling, quiet reflection, or rest to process the day’s experiences.
• 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM: Emotional Release Ritual with Sound Healing Release emotional pain through guided visualization, letter-writing, and a powerful sound healing session.
• 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM: Dinner (Sharing Stories Over a Meal) Connect with others and share your reflections during a comforting meal.
