Start your day by settling into the retreat space. Mitra introduces the retreat, shares her personal journey, and sets the intention for the day. Participants also share their intentions for healing.
• 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM: Guided Relaxation and Grounding Exercise
Begin the day with a grounding session to prepare your body and mind for emotional healing, fostering a calm and centered state.
• 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Workshop: Identifying Incomplete Grief
In this interactive session, participants explore key relationships and events in their lives through guided exercises. This helps uncover areas of grief that may need healing and closure.
• 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Mindful Lunch and Connection
Enjoy a nourishing, mindful meal focused on presence and gratitude. This is an opportunity to connect with others in a supportive, peaceful environment.
• 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM: Art Therapy Session: Expressing Unspoken Emotions
